As the first residence in the New Jersey luxury condo market to do so, the LeaseMagnets portal will give prospective residents a suite of tools for virtually touring available units and experiencing the development’s features and amenities.

The new LeaseMagnets portal will act similar to a virtual assistant for prospective buyers interested in a One Park residence. Features available upon logging into the portal will include private virtual tours, booking for in-person appointments, previews of One Park amenities, and more. The initiative is aimed at providing a safe, contactless platform that offers an immersive shopping experience to homebuyers.
